Russians continue launching attacks on Kherson: main gas pipeline hit, civilian killed.
One more person has been killed as a result of Russian attacks in the afternoon on the city of Kherson.
Halyna Luhova, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration reported that Russians launched attacks non-stop. "It happened at 12:01; a projectile struck a main gas pipeline. Sadly, one person was killed. The city is still under attack" she informed. As of 15:00, there is information that the Russian army struck 11 facilities in the city. Many houses in the private sector were damaged, and two fires started after the strike. The main gas pipeline was hit, too. Three people were killed, one person was injured and one more remains buried under the debris.
Russians target high-rise buildings in Toretsk; Chasiv Yar is also under fire.
Russian occupiers have struck a high-rise building in the city of Toretsk and one of the neighborhoods in the settlement of Chasiv Yar, Donetsk Oblast; at least two people are injured.
Two strikes were carried out in the Skhidnyi (Eastern) neighborhood in Chasiv Yar: two people were injured, and four houses were damaged. A high-rise building was hit directly, and warehouses were damaged in Toretsk. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
Russian occupation authorities in Crimea claim a "high level of the terrorist threat"
The "yellow level of the terrorist threat" has been introduced in temporarily occupied Crimea, although only in some areas of the peninsula.
Sergey Aksyonov, head of the occupation administration of Crimea reported that n order to ensure the security and anti-terrorist protection of the Republic of Crimea and its citizens, a high ["yellow" – ed.] level of terrorist threat will be in effect in the territory of a number of municipalities and facilities of the Republic from 20:00 on 22 November 2022 to 20:00 on 7 December 2022.
According to Aksyonov, this decision applies to the city districts of Armiansk, Dzhankoi, Kerch, and Krasnoperekopsk, as well as the Dzhankoi, Krasnoperekopsk, and Lenin districts of Crimea.
The "yellow level of terrorist threat" is being introduced at facilities of Crimea’s so-called Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Fuel and Energy, Ministry of Industrial Policy, and the State Committee for Water Management and Land Reclamation.
Aksyonov says the situation in the region is "completely under control" and "the security of the Republic of Crimea and its residents and visitors is fully ensured by law enforcement agencies".
